Shipping Costs To calculate the shipping for your order, simply add items to your cart and click on the "Calculate" shipping link. Shipping Destinations, Carriers, Methods, Factors SimplySmitten.com ships to all contiguous states (lower 48) of the U.S., Hawaii and Alaska using the quickest and most affordable ground shipping options available for your order. Our software calculates each order individually, factoring in the weight, size, and destination of your order. No additional shipping is charged if your order should ship in multiple parcels. SimplySmitten.com does not accept overnight or expedited orders. SimplySmitten.com does not to ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPOs). Shipping and Delivery Timeframes Most orders ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail as soon as your order ships. If your order should ship in multiple parcels, we will send an e-mail notification for each parcel. Delivery times vary between carriers and by destination, however, delivery times are typically 3-7 business days from date of shipment. Your shipment notification e-mail will provide the carrier and parcel tracking information.
Package Tracking You may obtain the estimated arrival date and track the delivery of your order directly on our website in the Order Tracking section, by clicking on the tracking link provided to you in your order shipment notification e-mail, by clicking on the tracking link located in your order's history page, or by emailing us. Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, incorrect shipping information or absence we will attempt to contact the customer via email. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping, handling fees and an $8.00 processing fee to have the order re-shipped. Returned, refused, or unclaimed orders will not be refunded, these orders will be held by SimplySmitten.com until the Customer has provided the corrected shipping information and pays in full the amount due to have the order re-shipped by SimplySmitten.com for a period of no more than 15 days. If returned, refused, or unclaimed orders are not resolved within this time, SimplySmitten.com will place the ordered items back into stock and offer no refunds, credits, or re-shipping options. If you have an order than requires re-shipping for any of these reasons and have not exceeded the 15 day timeframe, please email us to obtain instructions to make payment. Incorrect Items If we sent you the wrong item (different from what is listed on your packing slip), you do not need to place a new order. We want your SimplySmitten.com experience to be a great one! In case of a SimplySmitten.com packing error, please contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of your delivery date and we will do everything we can to make it right. Damaged or Defective Merchandise If damage occurs during delivery, have box and merchandise inspected and documented by the delivering carrier and contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of your delivery date. (Save container with merchandise.) If it is determined that damage occurred as a result of delivery, SimplySmitten.com will immediately ship replacement merchandise to you. We will refund any item we are unable to replace due to items we no longer carry or items that are out of stock. If product is found to be damaged upon opening it that is not a result of delivery or is found to be defective, you must contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise from the delivering carrier for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions. Please provide as much detail about the damaged/defective merchandise as possible. Our inspections department will inspect the returned merchandise, if no fraud is detected and damage and defect is confirmed by us, we will immediately ship a replacement to you and refund you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. We will refund any item we are unable to replace due to items we no longer carry or items that are out of stock. Items returned to us found not be damaged or defective as claimed will be returned to you at your expense and an $8.00 processing fee will be charged to you. Lost Merchandise If the delivering carrier fails to deliver your parcel beyond the estimated arrival date, you may contact us via e-mail or contact the carrier directly to attempt retrieval of your merchandise. If it is determined that the carrier has lost your merchandise, SimplySmitten.com will immediately ship replacement merchandise to you. We will refund any item we are unable to replace due to items we no longer carry or items that are out of stock. Returns/Exchanges A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. See details and exceptions below. Beds, blankets, mats and carriers are not returnable or exchangeable. Most other items - see exceptions below - may be exchanged one time for the same item in one size smaller or one size larger only, if available - returns are not accepted. Items that are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable are: customized items, custom sized and made to order apparel items, items listed in the Bargain Bin section of the website, collars & leads that are sold as a set, socks and costumes are not eligible for return or size exchange, these items are final sale. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all size exchanges. Shipping costs are never refundable. Shipping costs are deducted on orders that qualified for free shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost to ship their returned merchandise to us. Returns for exchange will not be issued without a RMA number. You must contact us via email within 7 days of your order delivery date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions. Please provide as much detail to us as possible about the requested return/exchange and include your order number. For authorized exchanges, a new order must be placed within 3 days of your RMA approval for the same item in one size smaller or one size larger only, if available - returns are not accepted. Authorized return merchandise must be received by us within 15 days of your order delivery date. Returned product(s) for exchange must be in original unopened and unused condition and in their original packaging. Tags must be attached to any exchanged apparel products. Merchandise that is returned to us without a valid RMA number made visible on the front of return package will be REFUSED and given back to delivering carrier to be shipped back to you at your expense. We do not maintain records of refused merchandise; please contact your delivering carrier for transit information. Items returned to us not meeting the conditions of your RMA approval will not be accepted by our store and will be shipped back to you. If merchandise received from you has not been accepted by our store, you will be contacted via email with instructions to make payment to have your returned merchandise sent back to you. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the merchandise back to you plus an $8.00 processing fee.
